Policies

Shipping Policy

We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in excellent condition and free of defects.
Please do not accept the delivery if you suspect the same is damaged or tampered with. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
In the rare case of a defective item or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We regret our inability to offer a resolution if notified beyond the timeline.
We offer shipping within India and to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within India.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Timelines are subject to change for bespoke orders or products requiring customization / personalisation. Please reach out to the customer care team for more details.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to track their package.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or failure to pick up at a designated location, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package re-shipped. No refund requests shall be entertained and store credits offered will be subject to deduction of administrative expenses in line with the returns & exchange policy.
International orders may have longer delivery lead times owing to both statutory and operational requirements and be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
For domestic shipments, additional levies if any should be borne by the customer
If the delivery address is found to be non-serviceable, our customer care team will reach out to you to ascertain the options to reach our exquisite products to you. We reserve the right to cancel orders and process consideration in line with our refund and exchange policy.

Returns And Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receipt of order.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the products.
Once we confirm the acceptance of an exchange, please ship the product to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached including the original packaging.
If we process an exchange, please let us know the alternate product and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
If we process an exchange, administrative expenses (including but not limited to shipping cost, financial levies) will be deducted.
Owing to the artistic nature of manufacturing, our products may have imperceptible inconsistencies such as knots, excess threads and roller folds. There are not to be construed as manufacturing defects but part of the character of an exquisitely crafted product.
The traditional hand crafted products often exhibit certain inherent inconsistencies. Hence the product you receive may be subject to conditions such as natural colour variation and grain structure
We do not accept exchanges on final sale items, bespoke, customized items (including but not limited to kachche stitching, fall and pico, sari tussling, blouse cutting) or concerns attributed to colour perception or short description (including but not limited to weight, colour, size, etc).
The colours you see on your device may vary device to device based on technological limitations. If in doubt, please reach out to our customer care team before initiating a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange under advice to you.
We accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur after purchase due to any reason whatsoever.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refund for any reason.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit – please refer to our Returns And Exchange policy for more details.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a store credit.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, we will issue a full refund within 30 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request under advice to you.
