Our Story
For close to a century, our saree store has stood as a symbol of tradition, culture, and heritage. It all began with our founder, Sri. M. R. Singrachar, a man with a passion for sarees, who opened Srikesari Silk House (erstwhile Kaiser-I-Hind Depot) with a handful of sarees and a dream. He envisioned purveying the best sarees from across the country, laying the foundation for what is now a legacy. Our forefathers believed that sarees were not just a piece of cloth, but a work of art that reflected the beauty and grace of our rich culture – an ethos we continue to uphold.

Our journey has been full of memorable moments and anecdotes spanning a century that we cherish dearly - earning the moniker Iyengar Saree Shop. Currently managed by the second generation, Sri. M. R. Krishna and Smt. Vani M. R., we continue to be committed to quality, craftsmanship, and customer service, and our dedication to these values has remained unchanged over the years.
